We want You to be fully satisfied with our Service. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below. By subscribing to any plan on AdSpyder, You agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to AdSpyder, 810, 4th floor, HSR Sector 1, Bangalore, IN.
• Service refers to the AdSpyder platform and all features accessible through a paid subscription.
• Refund Period refers to the 14-day window from the date of subscription sign-up, during which You are eligible for a full refund.
• Billing Cycle refers to the recurring period (monthly or annual) for which You are billed for the Service.
• Website refers to AdSpyder, accessible from https://adspyder.io
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

14-Day Refund Policy

AdSpyder offers a 14-day refund period from the date You sign up for a subscription plan.

• If You wish to request a refund within 14 days of Your subscription sign-up, You must send an email to sales@adspyder.io to initiate the refund process. You are eligible for a full refund of Your subscription payment. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• If You do not request a refund within the 14-day period, no refund will be issued for that billing cycle.

Cancellation After the 14-Day Refund Period

If You choose to cancel Your subscription after the 14-day refund period, the following terms apply:

• No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to all features of Your plan until that date.
• Once the current billing cycle ends, Your subscription will not be renewed and no further charges will be made.

How to Cancel

You can cancel Your subscription at any time by managing Your account settings on the AdSpyder platform, or by contacting our support team at sales@adspyder.io.
